Today once again Salman Khan is in Court. For Blackbuck poaching case, Rajasthan Court questioned Salman Khan for alleged killing of blackbuck deer 19 years ago. In response to the allegation, Salman Khan declared, I am Innocent.

‘Sultan’ Salman Khan said someone is trying to implicate falsely. Along with Salman, his co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam also present in the court.

Over the years Salman Khan faced four cases for killing two blackbucks and two chinkara while shooting for the film Hum Saath Saath hain.

In Blackbuck poaching case, Salman’s co-stars are under the accuse of instigating him. So in the statement for Blackbuck poaching case, Salman Khan drove a gypsy to the forests near Jodhpur in 1998 with Saif Ali Khan and others.

While Salman also told that he never went on the hunt and he never go out at night due to security reasons. As per reports, the prosecution asked Salman almost 65 questions. Prosecution prepared the questions based on statements from 28 witnesses of the Bishnoi tribe.

Well, Tubelight actor Salman Khan also alleged that forest department is concocting witnesses for the publicity. Last year Rajasthan High Court acquitted Salman Khan in two cases of Chinkara poaching cases.

On 18 January, Salman Khan got acquittal from Arms Act Case in Jodhpur court. He was facing the allegation for using expired licensed weapon but court acquitted him.

Salman Khan’s co-stars also denied their role in killing any dear. Court summoned all actors to appear in court on Wednesday but actors asked for time due to security reasons.

For Blackbuck poaching case, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam gave their personal statements before a court in Jodhpur earlier.

Among all four cases, this is the last pending trial that Salman Khan is facing today. Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam are co-accused in the original case filed during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath hain in September 1998.

All actors are facing charges of hunting two blackbucks under the Wildlife Protection Act and Indian Penal Code.

Salman Khan and other actors reached Jodhpur on 26th January 2017. The proceedings on Friday are for recording statements under section 313 of the criminal procedure code. Under this section, accused enables to say their parts.

In the blackbuck poaching case, Rajasthan Police arrested Salman Khan on 12th October 1998 from Umaid Bhavan Palace. He is out on bail. For last several years, trials of this court is going on.

Prosecution examined all the 29 witnesses along with four doctors of the medical board. In India, hunting of blackbuck is prohibited under Schedule I of the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972.

Apart from Tubelight, Salman Khan will also start shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai. Tiger Zinda Hai is a sequel of 2012’s Ek Tha Tiger with Katrina Kaif.
